The client is an American engineering, procurement, and construction company and a leading contractor for the US military. They are a global provider of comprehensive solutions for aerospace and defense, energy and chemicals, intel and data science, and federal and civilian markets.

Challenges

The client had undertaken an expensive Oracle E-Business Suite implementation project partnering with a vendor with limited experience in the engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) industry. They faced challenges in the billing process during the implementation and as a result, they were unable to generate an invoice for almost 3 months. They selected Rite Software due to our deep technical and functional expertise in Oracle EBS and the EPC industry.

Solution

Rite Software helped the client salvage their investment In a complex Oracle EBS implementation by rebuilding their entire billing process from scratch. Rite worked closely with the client to understand their replica rolex business process requirements and reimplemented their billing process in Oracle EBS. We were able to quickly resolve their invoicing issues and restore normalcy within 3 months.
